Gun Show Vendor Information & Application

By reserving table space as a gun show vendor, you agree to abide by our contract terms and acknowledge that you have read them and understand that as the promoter, both we and the venues we contract with may make additional rules to keep Midwest Arms Collector shows safe, welcoming spaces for vendors, staff, and the public.

1. No loaded firearms are allowed on the premises. All guns must be unloaded and tied or cable-locked. No loose ammunition is allowed, and magazines must be kept unloaded.
2. You agree to obey all local, state, and federal laws. Protecting our 2nd Amendment rights is a responsibility we all share. It is your duty to know and comply with the rules and regulations that apply to you and your products.
3. No pets are allowed. Service animals are gladly welcomed in accordance with all applicable legal requirements. 
4. Permit and/or business license fees are due at the time of check-in, where applicable. If your location requires a permit or license, please know and plan for the fees and rules regarding doing business as a gun show vendor for the weekend.
5. All tables must be prepaid. Your table is not secured until payment is received. Payments received ten days or less prior to the show will incur an additional $10.00 administrative fee. Please allow 10-14 days for mailed payments to reach our office and process. 
6. Electricity access fees are due on check-in. Tables that offer electricity access often go early, so it’s important to get your reservation in to hold your table space. Electricity fees are listed below under Show Information.
7. No refunds within two weeks of the date of the show. No refunds will be issued less than 14 calendar days from the date of the show, and no exceptions will be made.
